Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of the Future Football Stars, LLC website, mobile app and training services. By creating an account or booking a program you agree to them.

2. Accounts

Accounts are for parents/guardians, coaches and administrators. Coach and admin access requires an invite code issued by FFS. Keep your login details secure — you are responsible for activity on your account. You may delete your account at any time from Account settings.

3. Bookings and payment

Training sessions, camps and international programs are booked in advance and paid through our checkout. Prices are shown before payment. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before a personal training session may be rescheduled at no charge. Camp and travel programs have their own deposit schedule communicated at registration.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax and cancellation mechanics are governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms.

4. Refund policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with a purchase you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle — request one at paddle.net or by emailing info@ffsmiami.com.

5. Participation and safety

Soccer training carries inherent physical risk. Parents confirm their child is medically fit to participate and must disclose relevant conditions. Coaches may adjust or stop a session for safety. FFS is not liable for injury beyond what applicable law requires.

6. Conduct

We expect respect toward coaches, players and facilities. We may suspend access or end participation for abusive behaviour, misuse of the portal, or attempts to access data belonging to other families.

7. Content in the portal

Coach notes, session plans and assessments are provided for development purposes and remain the property of FFS. You may not republish or resell them. Photos taken at sessions may be used for FFS promotion unless you ask us in writing not to.

8. Service availability

We work to keep the app available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we may change features over time.
