Question 1

How much does training cost?

Accepted Answer

Personal training is sold as prepaid session packages: $60 for a single session, $180 for 4 sessions ($45 each) and $400 for 10 sessions ($40 each). All coaching is included — there is no membership or registration fee. Summer camps and international programs are priced per program and quoted in writing before you commit.

Question 2

How do I pay, and how are sessions added?

Accepted Answer

Create your parent account in the portal and add your player. Send your payment by Zelle to 305-904-8253 and include your player's name in the payment memo. Once we verify the payment, our team manually adds the purchased sessions to your player's account. You do not need to submit a payment request in the portal. Sessions are not added automatically when you pay. Your updated session balance will appear in the portal, and you can coordinate training times with your coach.

Question 3

What ages do you train?

Accepted Answer

We work with players from roughly 5 to 18 years old, from first-touch beginners to club and high-school players preparing for trials. Players 15 and older can create their own portal account; younger players are registered by a parent.

Question 4

Where do sessions take place?

Accepted Answer

Open-field sessions are held at FFS Training Warehouse, 14325 SW 139 Ct, Miami, FL 33186. Camps and events may use additional venues — we confirm the location in the portal before each session.

Question 5

What days and times can we train?

Accepted Answer

Personal training runs Monday through Friday, 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM (sessions at 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 PM). Weekends are available too — just contact us to book. Our new warehouse targets opening November 1.

Question 6

What should my child bring?

Accepted Answer

Cleats (turf shoes as a backup), shin guards, a ball, at least one liter of water and weather-appropriate kit. Miami afternoons are hot — sunscreen and a spare shirt are a good idea.

Question 7

How long is a session?

Accepted Answer

One-on-one sessions are 60 minutes. Small-group sessions (2–6 players) run 75 minutes. Sessions scheduled in the portal are booked in one-hour blocks.

Question 8

What is your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

Let your coach know at least 24 hours before the session and the credit stays on your account for another day. Cancellations inside 24 hours, or no-shows, use the session credit. If we cancel for weather or field conditions, the credit is always returned in full.

Question 9

What happens if it rains?

Accepted Answer

If lightning or unsafe field conditions force us to stop, the session is canceled and the credit returned. Parents are notified in the portal and by push notification as soon as the call is made.

Question 10

How do I follow my child's progress?

Accepted Answer

Every session is planned and logged by the coach. In the parent portal you see the upcoming schedule, the session plan and drill board, coach notes and skill ratings over time — dribbling, passing, shooting, defending, fitness and attitude.

Question 11

Can two parents access the same player?

Accepted Answer

Yes. A player profile can be linked to two parent accounts, so both parents see the same schedule, notes and notifications.

Question 12

Do you offer camps and international programs?

Accepted Answer

Yes — summer development camps with World Cup champion Mario Kempes, and international programs with Levante UD and Real Sporting de Gijón in Spain, plus the Mendoza International Cup in Argentina. Contact us for the full program schedule and pricing.
