Who we are

Future Football Stars, LLC ("FFS", "we", "us") operates youth soccer training, camps and international programs in Miami, Florida, and provides this website and mobile app so parents and coaches can follow personal training progress. Questions? Email info@ffsmiami.com.

Information we collect

  • Account data: name, email address, phone number and account role (parent, coach or admin).
  • Player data added by parents or coaches: first name, age group, position, jersey number.
  • Training data: session schedules, attendance, coach notes and 1–10 skill assessments.
  • Device data for notifications: push token, platform and browser/app user agent.
  • Basic technical logs needed to keep the service secure and running.

How we use it

We use this information to run training sessions, show parents their own child's progress, let coaches plan and record sessions, send the alerts you opt into, and handle registrations, billing and support. We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Children's information

Player profiles are created and controlled by a parent/guardian or an FFS coach. Children do not receive their own logins. A parent can request correction or deletion of their child's information at any time by emailing us.

Who can see your data

Parents see only their own linked players. Coaches and admins see the players they train. Coach notes marked private are never shown to parents. Access is enforced at the database level with row-level security.

Our role and legal basis

Future Football Stars, LLC is the data controller for the personal information described here. We process it to perform our contract with you (running training, camps and your account), on the basis of our legitimate interests (keeping the service secure, improving it and preventing fraud), with your consent where you opt into notifications or marketing, and to meet legal obligations such as tax and safety record-keeping.

Who we share data with

  • Service providers and subprocessors: hosting, database and authentication, and push notification delivery (Apple Push Notification service and Firebase Cloud Messaging).
  • Paddle.com Market Ltd, our Merchant of Record, for the sale of our services, payments, subscription management, invoicing and tax compliance. Paddle handles payment data as its own controller under its privacy notice.
  • Professional advisers such as our accountants and lawyers.
  • Authorities or regulators where we are required to by law.

Your choices and rights

You can edit your notification preferences at any time in the app, turn off push notifications in your device settings, and permanently delete your account and its personal data from Account settings. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. Depending on where you live, you may also ask us to access, correct, delete, restrict or export your information, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent — email info@ffsmiami.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Cookies

We use essential cookies and local storage to keep you signed in, remember your preferences and keep your dashboard available offline. We do not use advertising cookies. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings, though the portal may not work correctly without the essential ones.

Retention and security

We keep account and training records while your account is active, and delete or anonymise personal data when you delete your account or when it is no longer needed (limited records may be retained where required for tax, safety or legal reasons). Data is encrypted in transit and protected by access controls and row-level security.

Changes

We will update this page when our practices change and revise the date above. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated policy.
