30-day money-back guarantee
Future Football Stars, LLC offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with a training purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
How to request a refund
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Request a refund at paddle.net using the email address on your receipt, or contact us at info@ffsmiami.com and we will help. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days.
Unused sessions and cancellations
Session packs are refundable pro-rata for sessions not yet used within the 30-day window. Individual sessions can be rescheduled free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice. If FFS cancels a session for weather or any other reason, it is rescheduled or credited back to your balance at no cost.
